A few things worth knowing.
When will my order ship?
Our usual production time is 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Allow up to 5 business days during busy periods. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination and shipping option. Custom work may take longer; we confirm the schedule with you.
Where are the pieces made?
We fabricate and finish our pieces in our Orlando, Florida studio. Your order is inspected and packed here before it heads to you.
What is ForgeRelief™?
ForgeRelief™ is our line of dimensional UV artwork. Layers of color and raised detail build a textured surface on acrylic, creating depth you can see and feel. Our 3D figures and functional objects use a separate fabrication process.
Are frames or stands included?
An available black frame is preselected for eligible artwork sizes. You can choose No frame or another available finish before adding to your cart. The selected price includes the chosen frame. Stands are included only when the selected option says so; 12×16 frames are not currently offered.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes. Tell us your idea, preferred size, intended use, and deadline through our contact page. We will work through the possibilities and quote the design and production together.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help. Return and refund eligibility follows our store policy.
